Wellbeings Occupational Healthcare is introducing our wellness program, Corporate Health Cares Initiative, in 2009. Wellbeings will partner with your benefit coordinator to bring wellness screenings to your organization. The purpose of the Corporate Health Cares Initiative is to provide companywide confidential health screenings and health guidance on an individual basis. Annually, each employee is administered a private health risk assessment. Employees with modifiable risk factors will be strongly encouraged to meet regularly with the Wellbeings Registered Nurse and share all findings with their own physician. This initiative improves individual chronic disease management through monitoring and education.  Healthier employees are an asset for your company’s bottom line.

Wellbeings Comprehensive Plan includes:

Physician oversight of a nurse-managed program

Personalized health services available for employees 

• Personal health risk assessments identifying risk factors by age and family history
• Assisting employees in locating a physician in their network
• Executive Physicals
• Assist employees in making referrals to special services within the individual’s own health plan i.e. Cardiologist, Oncologist, and Mental Health
• Wellness fair visits to your company semi-annually 
• Promote education on nutrition, heart disease, stroke, and diabetes
• Administration of annual flu shot
• Screenings for blood pressure, weight, BMI, vision, audioscreen and cardiac screening
• On-site consultations with health representatives in your company network i.e. Dentist, Primary Care Provider
